Dr. Nitin Rajput
Dr. Nitin Rajput is a dedicated and patient-oriented dentist who provides personalized dental care and dentistry education. Dr. Rajput, an alumnus of Stuyvesant High School in New York, attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey. Graduating with honors through an accelerated program, he then attended the New Jersey Dental School, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD). Dr. Rajput has completed a general practice residency and many continuing education classes and seminars, covering Invisalign certification, implants, and cosmetic restorative techniques.
Dr. Rajput is multilingual; he speaks English, Spanish, Hindi, and Punjabi. He is a member of various local and national-level dental associations, including the American Dental Association, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, Academy of General Dentistry, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Association, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Dr. Rajput received the prestigious title of Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a title earned by less than 5% of dentists. Outside his day-to-day work, his hobbies include teaching and mentoring young dentists and prospective dental students. Dr. Rajput also enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and brewing coffee.
Dr. Uppasna Chand
A native of Great Falls, Dr. Uppasna Chand attended Langley High School in McLean, Virginia. She completed her undergraduate education at Virginia Tech, graduating in 2002. Dr. Chand then continued on to Virginia Commonwealth University for dental school and graduated in 2009, with her Doctorate of Dental Surgery.
Dr. Chand has continued her education both in-person and online. She has attended courses on occlusion and Invisalign, and courses related to all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. She is committed to staying up-to-date on the newest trends in dental technology. Dr. Chand is a member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, Northern Virginia Dental Association, and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Dr. Chand lives in Vienna, Virginia, with her husband, Samir. When she’s not working, she loves spending time with her family. Her other interests include reading a good book, being outdoors, bike riding, watching movies, and trying new restaurants in the area.
